Please arrive promptly for all scheduled appointments, to receive the full benefits of your spa experience! Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment, or rescheduled appointment.
As a Small Business, we must take into consideration the valued time of both the client & Owner. Any missed appointment(s) results in lost wages, and the inability to book another client, which is why we require 24 hour notice for any appointment you are unable to make!
If you miss your appointment, or cancel in less than 24 hours, the full amount of your service(s) will be deducted from your credit card (or another form of payment)!
You will be asked to provide a credit card number for any service(s) totaling $100, or more, before taxes!
